The goods are delivered to the customer through independent courier services and delivery period can vary according to the end destination of Buyer. Aprox. period of delivery is clearly written to the Buyers at checkout page in section for shipping methods. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated on the site (eg during the FREE SHIPPING for two or more items purchased, such or similar actions clearly and unambiguously provide the Buyer with information about the freight of shipping costs. Deliveries are made from 8 am until 7 pm, every day except Sunday, only in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Orders placed  on Holiday’s will be processed the following business day.
The Seller undertakes that in the event of difficulty in sending the goods in all available ways, he will try to contact the Buyer and deliver the purchased goods. The Seller is not responsible for the inability to deliver the goods to the Buyer due to circumstances which are the fault of the Buyer (unavailability of the Buyer, incorrectly entered personal data of the Buyer in the purchase order, etc.), nor can he bear any costs in this regard.

Returning Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from your purchase date. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. If your return does not match all of these criteria, we will not be able to process your return.
Returns will only be accepted on purchases from vestahoods.com. You must have a receipt in order for any return to be processed.

We are not responsible for any damage to items that have been worn, altered or washed.

Keep hold of your proof of postage. The items and their condition remain your responsibility until we receive your return to our warehouse. Remember to use a form of shipment that includes full tracking to confirm receipt of your return.
You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your return and that your refund has been processed.
Vestahoods.com will not be responsible for missing or lost packages during transit. Additionally, vestahoods.com will not be liable for customer errors made at the time of purchase. Errors will be validated against the original invoice.

FYI: Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items
Sale items can only be returned for a store credit (E-Gift Card) and are not eligible for refunds. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is valid for 5 years from issue date.

Exchange
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your new, unaltered, unwashed item(s) with all tags and labels attached for a refund and place a new order.

Please note, item must be received in new and saleable condition.

Refused Shipments
If your shipment is refused and returned to us without prior authorization, we will refund the order value less the round trip shipping cost and any restocking fee we deem appropriate.
